A Roll Slicer Machine is a heavy-duty industrial machine designed to cut finished rolls (logs) with cores into smaller widths using a circular saw blade. Unlike slitter rewinders, this machine cuts the entire roll directly without unwinding it.

It is ideal for cutting materials like paper rolls, plastic films, stretch film, foil, non-woven fabric, and laminated rolls into precise sizes.

The machine holds the full roll (log) on a shaft or between centers. A motorized circular blade moves across the roll and slices it into required widths with high accuracy and clean edges.

This process is known as log slitting, where the roll is cut as a whole instead of unwinding and rewinding.
